While the Aurora can't be guaranteed, Chena Hot Springs offers excellent viewing conditions. We check real-time forecasts to help maximize your chances. Prime season is Early September to Mid April.

Yes! The Aurora Ice Museum is built entirely out of ice and snow, kept frozen year-round. Inside, you’ll find ice sculptures, an ice bar, and stunning photo opportunities.

Yes! For guests 21 and older, you can enjoy an optional apple martini served in a carved ice glass at the Aurora Ice Bar inside the museum. This is not included in the base tour price.

Dinner is not included, but you can purchase a meal at the Chena Hot Springs Restaurant, which features Alaskan favorites and cozy vibes. This is available as an optional add-on during booking.

Yes, families are welcome! Please note:
The outdoor hot springs are for ages 18+ but kids can enjoy hot tubs and swimming pool.
The Ice Museum is family-friendly, but the bar inside is 21+

9. What if we don’t see the Northern Lights?
While we can't control the weather or solar activity, the trip still offers a relaxing experience with hot springs, the Ice Museum, and beautiful natural scenery. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for missed Aurora displays.

You can book online, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking early—especially during peak Aurora months (November to March), as spots fill fast!
