7. How deep is the hot springs?
The soaking area varies in depth, with shallow sections for relaxing and deeper areas reaching around 4 feet.

8. Is there a ramp into the hot springs?
Yes — there is a ramp with a railing to make getting in and out easier, especially in winter conditions.

No one can guarantee the aurora, but Fairbanks offers some of the best chances in the world, and we plan for peak conditions.

3. How long is the tour?
About 8-9 hours, with return around midnight or later.

4. What should I wear?
Warm layers, insulated coat, hat, gloves, and winter boots.

5. Can I cancel if the aurora forecast is poor?

You can cancel up to 24 hours out we do not cancel for poor northern light forecast due to having other great activities i.e. Ice museum and Hot Springs.
